Salt Lake City Computer Fixers is a growing computer repair shop located in the heart of Salt Lake City. We are looking for a full-time Service Technician to join our team and help us keep our clients happy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose computer hardware and software malfunctions.
- Provide technical solutions to clients in-person or remotely.
- Perform computer repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Research, validate, and advise customers on the best technologies, products, and services.

Work Hours and Benefits:
This is a full-time role, with a flexible 40 hour work week and competitive salary. In addition, we offer excellent benefits, including several insurance plans, paid vacation and sick time, and a 401K retirement plan.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of computer repair experience.
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- Experience working in a customer service-based environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Training and Education:
Applicants should have formal computer repair and customer service training. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate if he or she possess the necessary qualifications.
