Duties and Responsibilities:

The groundskeeper is responsible for the overall maintenance of our golf course. This will include overseeing the lawns, sand bunkers, and other outdoor areas, ensuring that they remain in pristine condition. The groundskeeper will also be in charge of daily inspections, trimming and pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers and vegetation, operating and maintaining equipment, and overseeing the irrigation system.

Work Hours and Benefits:

The groundskeeper position has a variable schedule, allowing for flexibility with hours. The job pays an hourly wage of $14.50 with competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent and at least one year of experience working as a groundskeeper, or in a related field. Knowledge of landscaping tools and practices, an ability to work outdoors in all types of weather, and an eagerness to learn are all necessary. Candidates should also have the ability to work collaboratively with others and to adhere to safety protocols.
