You will be responsible for operating precision machines and providing the highest level of customer service and quality of products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setup and adjust tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and accessories on machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
- Operate manual and NC/CNC machines to properly fabricate parts and components
- Inspect parts for conformance to specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to processes to ensure quality parts
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area
- Adhere to safety measures to prevent injury or accident
Work Hours and Benefits:
This position is full-time and available immediately. You will work a consistent shift of 8 hours per day, between Monday and Friday. In addition, you will be eligible to receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid vacations and holidays.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience with manual and NC/CNC machines
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Work accurately and efficiently while meeting production goals
- Strong understanding of safety procedures
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Training and Education:
We require a minimum of one year experience as a machine operator. Previous experience with manual and NC/CNC machines and related CNC machining software are required and candidates should be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
