Alaskan Outfitters is an Anchorage-based retail store well-known among locals and tourists alike for its wide selection of quality outdoor wear. We are now looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and answer any questions they may have
  • Assist customers by helping them select products based on their needs
  • Explain the features and benefits of products to customers
  • Process customer payments
  • Receive and process shipments
  • Maintain an orderly and inviting sales floor and keep shelves stocked
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds

Work Hours and Benefits:

The Sales Associate position is full-time, with occasional evening and weekend shifts to help maintain store hours. The position offers competitive pay, discounts on company merchandise, and a bonus structure based on sales performance.

Qualifications:
