While working with a Principal Investigator to confirm methods and procedures, ensure maximum reproducibility of results, and supervise analysis of chemical functions and interactions, a Senior Scientist designs and coordinates new experiments, devising needed equipment and apparatus, directs experiment planning and execution, selects appropriate bio-assays, protocols, controls, reagents, and other experimental conditions.
