This includes selecting, training, coaching, and motivating inside sales personnel; conducting motivational meetings; providing feedback to management on the performance of inside sales personnel and conducting performance appraisals; creating and maintaining a pipeline of new business leads through a combination of cold-calling, telemarketing, and follow-up prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities; coordinating the preparation of account plans for each new lead and assisting management in preparing proposals to win new business.
