The position involves working with a team to ensure cleanliness of the entire kitchen area. Dishwashers are required to keep all dishwashing areas neat and orderly at all times. Work includes hand washing of dishes by scraping food debris from plates, removing silverware from rinsing machine, operating various types of dishwashing machines and drying racks, checking wash waters for clarity and sanitizing ability.
