He/she actively participates in all phases of project development, working closely with the project team to ensure that programming needs and objectives are met. The Senior Planner communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external departments to ensure that plans are understood, goals are met, budgets are met, and determine if additional help is needed.
