Job Description

Working as a Chaplain in Launceston, TAS

The Chaplain provides general supervision and program guidance for the continuum of pastoral care offered to all patients, families, and staff. This includes providing spiritual counsel to patients and their families, conducting worship services, and offering support programs for patients, families, hospital staff members, and volunteers. Daily tasks include coordinating religious/spiritual/cultural support services consistent with patient care needs as a resource person to hospital staff and assisting in the recruitment of chaplains from other faiths to deliver care to persons of different faiths.
